He was predeceased by: his parents, David Robert Williams and Francis Imogene Knight Williams; and his children, David Robert Williams and Cynthia Todd. He is survived by: his wife Hertra Poe Williams; his daughters, Melinda Wilson (Donnie) of Providence and Sondra Hardymon (Rodney) of Providence; and his siblings, Francis Clayton (Russell) of Madisonville, KY and James Williams (Linda) of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
