He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Miller Beaver; his children, Amanda Williams (Rick) of Nashville, TN, Angela Shoulders (Brock) of Madisonville, KY and Mark Allen Beaver (Stacey) of California; his brothers, Mike Beaver (Sharon) of Madisonville and Steve Beaver (Marlene) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Hickerson, Blake Beaver, Emily Beaver, Bryson Shoulders, Anna Williams, Asa Williams, Chason Shoulders, Mason Shoulders, Amelia Shoulders and Gabriella Shoulders; and his great grandchild Sophie Hickerson.
