He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughters, Wendy Simms of Providence and Cindy Taylor (Carroll Bass) of Fort Myers, FL; his granddaughter Cassandra Vaughn; and his great grandchild Brandon McChesney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
