It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Crooks in Providence, Kentucky, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Mason Crooks; his son Danny Crooks; his brother Garlos Crooks; and his parents, Tony Crooks and Velda Sloan Crooks.
He is survived by: his children, David Crooks (Sally) of Richmond, VA, Debra Bell (Wally Mallis) of Symsonia, KY and Dana Dashiell (Brad) of Franklin, TN. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
