He is survived by: his mother Rachel Hancock Harley of Orangeburg; his wife Georgeanna Steedly Harley of Providence; his children, Meredith Adamson (Nick) of Providence, Leah Sissom (Collin) of Providence and Jacob Harley of Providence; his grandsons, John, James Adamson and Desmond Sissom; and his sister Rhonda Browning (Tim) of Orangeburg.
