She is survived by: her children, Jeanine Kilburn and David Alan Adkins; her grandchildren, Ashley Keller (Rob), Matthew Kilburn, Trey Adkins (Brionna) and Andrew Adkins; and her great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Everleigh, Samuel and Maeson.
The family requests that contributions in Shirley's memory be made to Kentucky Humane Society.
