With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherilyn D Sabin of Prospect, Kentucky, born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Venema; her husband Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd, Margaret Sabin, Scott Miller, Mitchell Hallow and Jon Sabin.
She is survived by: her children, Marc Sabin (Sarah), Traci Witt (Andrew) and Kara Matekovich (Clifton); her grandchildren, Caley, Téa, Soleil Sabin, Lenna, Lillian, Davis Witt and Noah Matekovich; her siblings, Deborah Miller, Gayle Miner (Malcolm), Kurt Venema and Cynthia King; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah Sabin, Robert Sabin (Janet) and Kim Lagow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or St. James Episcopal Church.
