We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 78, Phyllis Ann Hartlage of Prospect, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James I. French and Martha E. French (Bowling). She is survived by: her nephew Jamie French; her husband Charles D. "Doug" Hartlage; her children, Kelly A. Huncilman (Jeffery) and Todd D. Hartlage (Angela Nicole); her siblings, Brenda Gentry (Dale) and James D. "Doug" French; and her grandchildren, Alex Crabtree (Rachel), Emma Hartlage and Ella Hartlage. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
