He is survived by: his daughter Cheyenne; his mother Dorothy Bly of Shelbyville; his siblings, Wendy Mclaughlin of Effingham, Andrea Frazelle (Gary) of LaGrange and Alan Bly of Shelbyville; his great-niece Kali; and his pet Spike. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 nieces, 4 nephews.

Memorials suggested to St. Jude's Hospital or The Humane Society of Oldham County and may be mailed to Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home at 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, Ky.
