He is survived by: his wife Sherrill Anne Griffin (McGill); his children, James J. "Jeff" Griffin (Lorey), Allison (Bernard Ratterman) and Michael B. "Brad" Griffin; and his grandchildren, Eliana, Jayden, Kevon Griffin, CJ, Dani Ratterman, Seamus and Darby Griffin. He is also survived by three nephews.
