He is survived by: his wife Susan Bench; his daughters, Amy Miller (Bruce), Bonnie Rohmer (Randy) and Katie Walker (Taylor); and his grandchildren, Christopher Miller of Andrew Walker, Susie Walker and Henry Rohmer.
