He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Jacobs; his siblings, Janet Palmer, Betty Schultz and Jack DeMoise (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Caroline Dyer (James) and J. J. Singer (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, C. C. Shae and Nathaniel.
