Osborn Jr. of Prospect, Kentucky, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Osborn, Sr. and Vera Mae Dowdy Osborn; and his daughter Emma Carolyn Walter. He is survived by: his wife Emma Carolyn Smith; his children, Charles A. Osborn III (Linda), Colin Osborn, Caron Osborn and Cynthia Osborn Matullo (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Lindsey Porter (W. Ashley), Marilyn Osborn Patterson (Adam), Haley Osborn (Leonardo), Michael Osborn, Raegan Osborn (Austin), Savannah Miller Blake (Matthew), Matthew Osborn and Alex Matullo. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
