She is survived by: her sons, Billy Roy Spurlock (Jean) of Printer, KY and Brian Kenneth Spurlock (Victoria) of Winchester, KY; her grandchildren, Michelle Gearheart (Aaron), Krystal Spurlock (Stewart), Brittany Spurlock and Brody Landon Spurlock; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Brayden, Caleb, Austin, Jeremy, Weston and Greyson.
