He was predeceased by: his parents, Jobie Shepherd and Betty Jo Case Shepherd; and his brother Donnie Joe Shepherd. He is survived by: his children, David Shepherd of Silverlake, IN, Joshua Joseph Shepherd of Laypool, IN and Regina Hyde of Etna Green, IN; and his sisters, Cheryl Shepherd (Andy) of Hueysville, KY, Helena Hamilton of Printer, KY and Norma Berry of Printer, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
