She was predeceased by: her father Fordie Lee Cunningham; and her grandparents, David, Mary Scott, Selby "Sutt" and Almer Cunningham.
She is survived by: her mother Mary "Tina" Brown; her son Nick O'Bryan of Princeton; and her siblings, MaryAnn Cunningham, David Lee Cunningham of Madisonville, Bobby Cunningham (Tonya) of Madisonville and Brian Cunningham (Kristin) of Madisonville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
