He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Jack" Crittenden Blackburn and Clarena Morgan Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Gail Tosh Blackburn of Princeton; his children, Kelly Blackburn Dyer (Chris) of Hixon, TN and David Ryan Blackburn of Owensboro; his stepdaughter Sussann Egbert Lovell of Mayfield; and his siblings, Faye Phelps of Fredonia, Cindy Rogers of Fredonia, Renee Hollamon of Marion and Steve Blackburn of Eddyville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
