He is survived by: his wife Alma Deane Stevens Pickering of Princeton; his children, Debbie Pickering of Princeton, Jana Durbin (Phillip) of Beattyville, KY and George Pickering (Rhonda) of Princeton; his sisters, Ramona McConnell and Tammy Pickering Sanders; and his grandchildren, Gram Joseph Durbin, Maggie Rae Durbin, George Dylan McGowan, Donnie Joe Lewis and Johnathon Lewis.
