He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Carner Wallace; his son David P. Wallace (Cheryl) of Paducah; his grandchildren, Sara Wallace (Alex Klapp) and Sam Wallace (Katie); his great grandchild Evalynn Wallace; and his niece Amanda Eison. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
