He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Pinnegar of Princeton, KY, Robert H Cockerham (Pat), Jacksonville and Ronald E. Cockerham (Susan); his sister-in-law April Cockerham of Reno, NV; and also Micah Flood of Princeton, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
