Mildred Shumaker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Shumaker of Princeton, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Keel and Lottie Bell Patterson Keel; her husband Rufus Shumaker; her stepsons, Thurman, Mark and Mike Shumaker; her son-in-law Donald Lawhorn; and her stepgrandson Andrew Blakey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Grace Lawhorn of Lebanon, TN and Ruth Shumaker of Princeton; her siblings, Glen Keel (Agnes) of Fredonia, Larry Keel (Kathy) of Evansville, IN and Jayne Hillyard of Princeton; her daughter-in-law Sandra Huddleston Shumaker of Wickliffe, KY; and her stepgrandchildren, Kim Shumaker Randle (LaVerne), Karen Shumaker Serrate (Hoverth), Genie Shumaker Hayes, Mark Alexander Shumaker, Sandy Sparks and Ann Anderson. She is also survived by ten step great-grandchildren.
