It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mathilde Waters of Princeton, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Jakob. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Lampley (Steve) of Ledbetter, KY, Bob Waters (Ruth) of Princeton and Judy Davis (Paul) of Hopkins County. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
