He is survived by: his sons, Timmy Puckett (Deirdre) of Central City, Bryan Puckett of Central City, Lonnie Puckett of Central City and Jeremy Puckett (Jamie) of Princeton; his stepchildren, Stacey Morris of Dawson Springs and Johnny Valentine (Barbara) of Hopkinsville; his siblings, Nina Whitney of Princeton, DeVona Puckett of Paducah and Bobby Dean Puckett of Eddyville; and his former wives, Sandra Morgan of Central City and Donna Lynn Prowell Puckett of Princeton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
