He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Cantrell McNeely; and his parents, Pratt McNeely and Georgie Harper McNeely. He is survived by: his children, Deidra "Deedi" Tosh (Terry) of Benton, Steve McNeely of California, Allen Wade McNeely of Fredonia and Mark McNeely of Fredonia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
