With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Larry Eugene McBride Sr. of Princeton, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence McBride and Anna Alein McBride; and his siblings, Melva Stone, Delores Childers, Lawrence McBride, John McBride, Jack McBride and Wayne McBride.
He is survived by: his wife Rita McBride; and his children, Kathy Morton (Norman) of Providence, Larry McBride, Jr. (Donna) of Providence and Terry McBride (Amanda) of Slaughters. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vanover Funeral Home (9000 KY-132, Clay, KY 42404). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
