He is survived by: his wife Pam Vanvactor Oliver; his mother Velma Boyd Stallins of Princeton; his daughter Samantha Oliver of Owensboro; his stepsons, Brian Andrews (Jessie) of Caldwell County and Christopher Johnston of Caldwell County; his siblings, Teresa Jackson (Gary) of Princeton, Danny Reed Oliver of Caldwell County and Richard "Dicky" Oliver (Linda) of Caldwell County; and his grandchildren, Kirstie Woosley, Hunter Woosley, Chance Woosley, Wyatt Woosley, Justice Andrews, Ryder Andrews, Lillian Bond and Tavion Johnston.
