She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Foster and Mary Lyons Foster; her stepdaughter Debbie Towery; her siblings, Sandra Houze, David Foster and Jon Foster; and her stepgrandson Justin Noel.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Towery; her children, Kathy Dutton (Mark) of Ooltewah, TN, Suzanne Fraliex (Bruce) of Nashville, TN and Jeffery Butters (Shelia) of Lebanon, TN; her stepchildren, Donna Dockery (James Andrew) and Troy Towery (Pam) of Verona, KY; her grandchildren, Keith Butters, Jennifer Butters, Andrew Dutton and Daniel Dutton; and her stepgrandchild Nikki Baird. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
