He is survived by: his wife Linda Peyton Blackburn; his sons, Stacey Blackburn of Caldwell County, Jackie Clark of Caldwell County and Gary Blackburn of Caldwell County; his siblings, Barbara Stevenson (Charlie) of Caldwell County, Betty Gilkey (Kenneth) of Lyon Co, Debbie Keele of Reidland and Jerry Blackburn (Becky) of Caldwell County; and his grandchildren, Matthew Blackburn and Caeden Blackburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
