He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Richard Gray and Mary Mimms Vaughn; and his aunt Nora Mimms. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Matchen Gray; his children, Michael Gray (Sherry) of Owensboro and Tiffany Gray of Louisville; and his great grandchildren, Kiersten Faris (Matthew), Jay'Len Boyd (Jakayla), Amelia Faris, Eli Faris and Jay'Len Boyd, Jr..
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
