She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Pooch" Perry and Dixie Ray Perry. She is survived by: her husband Paul Hooks; her children, Jessica Hooks Scott (David) of Lancaster, KY and Perry Hooks of Lexington, KY; her sister Melissa Nichols of Princeton; her niece Catharine Crague; her nephews, Taylor Hooks and Mackenzie Nichols; and her great-nephews, Mason Crague and Carter Crague.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
