He is survived by: his wife Brenda Baker Dawson of Princeton; his children, James Dawson (Marissa) of Marion, Robert Baker (Sosha Stone) of Princeton, Malita Hardin (Virgil) of Cadiz, Elizabeth Hale (Josh Melton) of Princeton and Shannon Oliver (Justin) of Loretto; and his siblings, Roy Dawson (Iva) of Cadiz, Mike Dawson (Libby) of Oak Grove, Steve Dawson of Cadiz, Randy Dawson of Hopkinsville, Roger Dawson of Herndon, Donald Dawson (Kerri) of Cadiz, David Dawson (Lori) of Lewisburg, Peggy Bridges of Lewisburg and Connie Hestand (Donald) of Gracey. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
