We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2023, at the age of 95, James Hoy Nichols of Princeton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Urey Nichols and Olivia Blackburn Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Adams Nichols; his children, Mark Wood Nichols (Cathy Nichols) of Cadiz, Kentucky and Mitzi Nichols Perkins (Don L. Perkins) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Meredith Perkins Stevenson (Justyn Stevenson) of Hopkinsville, Dr. Mackenzie Perkins Denton (Jason Denton) of Hopkinsville and Mallory Perkins Massie (Robert Massie) of Pembroke, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Mattie Claire Denton and Maren Isabelle Denton.
