He is survived by: his children, Dr. Robert Hodge, Dr. Wayne Hodge (Nina) and Nancy Kerkhoff (Ken); his grandchildren, Jennifer Nichols (Tanner), Emily Harris (Chris), Rob Hodge (Abby), Matt Kerkhoff (Amy), Brad Kerkhoff (Shannon) and Jed Kerkhoff (Leah); his great grandchildren, Annie, Lilly, Meg, Jack, Kate, Lila, Graham, Grey, Hunter, Mady, Beck, Colton, Elizabeth, Kenny, Kennedy and Carson; his nephew Steve Hodge (Kathy); his niece Trish Hodge; and his daughter-in-law Sandy Hodge.
