He is survived by: his sons, James Eugene Blackburn and Royce Wkuam Blackburn of St. Louis, Missouri; his sister Mary Joyce Gartner (James) of St. Louis, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Debra Ann Croft (Robert Kenneth) of Princeton and Dawnese Ward of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brent, Miranda, Chris, Brandon, Alex and Ashley Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Cameron Puder, Kolten Duvel, Owen, Addison, Lilly, Levi and Maya Blackburn; his stepgrandchild Shanna Sherrill; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cole and Emily Sherrill. He is also survived by step-grandchildren; and 2 foster step-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
