He was predeceased by: his wife Dorris Davis; his parents, James Riley Davis and Evelyn Rogers Johnson; his brothers, Jack and Bobby Johnson; and his granddaughter Mickey Cummins.
He is survived by: his daughter Jaime Davis of Princeton; his stepdaughters, Melissa Odom (Mike) of Princeton and Jill Brown Cummins; his siblings, Wanda Watson of Princeton and Tony Johnson (Linda) of Princeton; and his grandchildren, Will Cummins, Savana Cummins, Brandi Noel, John Brandon Lundstrom, James Lundstrom, Chris Cummins and Jessica Cummins. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
