He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Anna Lane of Arizona, Goldie Shaw of Clarksville, Virginia Fortner-Daughtery of Princeton, Susanna Wiles of Madisonville, Connie Gonsalves of Arizona, Carroll Cook of Princeton and Donnie Cook of Booneville, IN.
