He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jewel Arnold Dunbar; his son Gary Dunbar; his parents, Floyd Dunbar and Stella Mae Dillingham Dunbar; and his grandson Sean Paul Dunbar.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Dunbar of Eddyville and Paul Dunbar (Dianne) of Gilbertsville; his brother Charles David Dunbar of Fredonia; his granddaughter Elizabeth Rose; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Casey Dunbar; his nephew Charles Ray Dunbar; and his niece Laura Brandon.
