She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Smiley" Freeman; her parents, James Lucien Fuller and Mary Louise Meredith Fuller; her son Danny Freeman; and her granddaughter Courtney Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Herndon (Rodney) of Caldwell County, Linda Poindexter (Linn) of Caldwell County, Earl Freeman (Rosemary) of Washington, IL, William Freeman (Judy) of Princeton, Kenneth Freeman (April) of Princeton and Charles Ray Freeman (Donna) of Pisgah Forest, NC; and her brother Jessie Fuller (Reda). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
