She was predeceased by: her husband Carl R. Brown; her parents, Bryan Oliver and Nora Cook Oliver; her stepmother Louise Oliver; her son Gregory Lynn Coffman; her stepsister Shirley Bailey; and her brother Garnett Oliver.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Robbie Oliver Breedlove of Caldwell Co; and her niece Lisa Sheridan of Princeton.
