He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Oliver and Nancy Elizabeth Cooper Oliver; and his sister Betty Sue Davis. He is survived by: his wife Regina Curtis Oliver; his son Justin Oliver (Jessica) of Princeton; his sister Ethel Pearl Oliver of Princeton; and his grandchildren, Cyan Oliver, Makenzie Oliver, Jaxon Oliver and Raelyn Oliver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
