She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenord Thomas and Mary Flora O'Hara; and her son Brian Pettit. She is survived by: her husband George Walker Pettit; her children, Molly Lewis (Larry) of Princeton, Megan Pettit (Jeff Baize) of Princeton and George Pettit (Betty Ann) of Paducah; her brother Michael O'Hara; and her grandchildren, Allison Pettit and Mary Rachel Pettit. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
