She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Perry and Mary Thomas Yates; her husband John William Franklin; and her siblings, Celeste Eldridge, Kay Gilkey, June Mesaris, Betty Jo Yates, Joye Yates, Douglas Yates, Hylan Yates, Todd Yates and Louis Yates.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Kilgore (Richard), Denise Kirk (Dennis) and Robert Franklin (Judy); her brother Bobby Yates; her grandchildren, Tara Lester, Caleb Lester, Brian Kilgore, Alison Evans, Aaron Kirk and Andrew Kirk; and her great grandchildren, Kasey Curtin, Brittaney Kilgore, Benjamin Evans, Riley Evans, Jack Evans, Lily Kirk, Brody Kirk, Houston Kirk and Beau Kirk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
