He is survived by: his wife Linda Wimberly Milstead; his children, Suzanne Hall of Caldwell County, Darhonda Glass of Willard, Ohio and Johnathan Milstead; his siblings, Sudie Traylor of Caldwell County and Tommy Milstead of Princeton; and his grandchildren, Hunter Hall, Hadlee Hall, Zane Milstead and Eliza Milstead.
