He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Pete" Goodwin and Edna Sanders Goodwin; and his brother William Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Soder Goodwin of Kennesaw, GA; his children, Amy Pickett (Lesley) of Kennesaw, GA and Jamey Goodwin (Lake) of Smyrna, GA; and his brother Bobby Goodwin of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
