He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Cotthoff (David) of Hopkinsville and William "Bill" Mitchell (Greta) of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Amber, Joshua and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Hudson, Caroline and Luke.
