He was predeceased by: his parents, Glover Lewis and Minnie "Fatmomma" Lewis; his son Billie Windford Lewis, Jr.; and his siblings, Gladys, Majorie, Robbie, Helen, A. B., Charles "Tib", Glover "Fiz", Marvin and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lewis of Princeton; and his children, Wendi Gates (Roy) of Port Orange, FL, Sandi Milstead (John) of Princeton, Greg Lewis (Cynthia) of Washington State and Darrell Flowers (Joanna) of Louisville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
