He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bruce Harrington; his daughters, Elizabeth Harrington Starnes (Todd) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Haley Caroline Harrington of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Gardner, Janece Harrington, Andrew Harrington, Aubree Starnes and Gannon Starnes.
