He was predeceased by: his father Charles Brewer; his son Charles Matthew Brewer; and his sister Vicki Oakes. He is survived by: his wife Starr Mullen Brewer of Princeton; his children, Savannah Renee Brewer (Donavon) of Princeton, Barry Douglas Brewer, II (Racheal) of Shreveport, LA and Anthony Kyle Brewer of Keithville, LA; his siblings, Melinda McCoy of Princeton, Robert Michael Brewer of Madisonville and Melvin Brewer of Grand Rivers; and his grandchildren, Kanyon, Hunter, Kylan, Layla and Kieran.
