She was predeceased by: her husband James Donald Oates; her parents, James Clyde and Gertrude Payne Moody; and her sister Betty Ann Sledge. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Jo Robinson, Ronald of Providence, Jeff Oates of Eddyville and Lesa Wynn of Eddyville; and her sister Carolyn Brunson of Paducah. She is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
