He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Mary Elizabeth Ratliff Osborne; and his siblings, Doris Blackwell and Larry Edward Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Osborne of Princeton; his children, Cathy Barnett (John) of Marshall County, Jo E. Kinchington (Phil) of Clearfield, UT and Eric A. Osborne of Livingston County; and his brother Ralph E. Osborne (Pam) of Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
